The Zine titled "Gone Fishing" is a quick dive into the world of fishing. Using Kevin, my cat, as the main subject I tell the story of what fishing is like in two perspectives using a child-like tone. The second and third image depict the differences of fly fishing and deep sea fishing, the two most popular techniques of fishing in the world today. The fourth and fifth images show the differences in the type of fish caught in the ocean vs streams, but also is showing how there are scary and beautiful fish, which is not in the text. The sixth and seventh pages depict the differences in the type of fisherman but also the differences of fly and deep sea fishing as they usually correlate. Fly fishermen usually will release their catch while deep sea fishers usually keep it, but this is not the case as it mostly depends on the person. The last image is what I think about Kevin and tuna. He could be nowhere in sight, but once a tuna can gets opened he is there in a blink of an eye meowing at you and purring to try and get some.
